Trout Stocking Update - The following areas were stocked Friday 4/17: Weekeepeemee R., Nonewaug R., Little R. (Oxford) Hop B., Shepaug R., E. Aspetuck R., Mill R. TMA (Fairfield), Fountain L., Mohegan L., W. Branch Res., Colebrook Res., Farm R., Branford R., West R. (Guilford), Shetucket R., Susquetonscut B., Beaver B. (Franklin), Mansfield Training P., Branford Supply P., L. Saltonstall. Looks like great fishing weather this weekend. Get out and enjoy!

If you are going to fill a void and try for one of the big carp remember, ( NO) lip lock tool or lifting from their delicate gill plates which may be fatal. Use the Carp nets that will save the fish for another fisher.
